Preheat oven to 400 F and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse, dry and separate cauliflower into florets. Mix spices together in a bowl with oil to combine.
Add cauliflower florets to the large bowl and toss to coat.
Spread seasoned cauliflower on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes at 450 ℉, stirring once to ensure cauliflower cooks evenly.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
