Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcesterchire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and pepper to a food processor (or blender). Blend together until smooth.
  2. Pour the oil into the food processor while its pureeing until the mixture has thickened. Do this slowly.
  3. Add the parmesan cheese and pulse 5-6 times to blend.
  4. Pour into jar or container to store for up to 7 days in refrigerator.
