Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Quick and easy spicy garlic shrimp meal.

Ingredients

1 tsp Texas Twist

1 tbsp BUTTER, REGULAR, NO ADDED SALT

6 ounces SHRIMP, RAW

1 fl oz LEMON JUICE, RAW

1 tsp GARLIC, RAW

1 tsp PEPPER, BLACK, GROUND

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add raw shrimp to skillet in a single layer and cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until shrimp starts to turn pink.

3. Add lemon juice, and Texas twist spice to the skillet and stir to combine thoroughly. Scrape the bottom of the pan for the browned bits to add flavor to the meal.  Season with black pepper, to taste, and remove from heat.

4. Spoon shrimp over a bed of cooked quinoa, brown rice, or your favorite pasta (not included in the nutritional analysis). Drizzle some pan juices over each serving. Serve immediately and enjoy.
