Living With Chronic Kidney Disease-Predialysis AKA My First Book!

Living With Chronic Kidney Disease-predialysis Aka My First Book!

I wrote my first book over the past 2 months. It took me longer than I expected, but it's a great work if you ask me.  I published it on Amazon just today - in the kindle version.  I also have a print edition that will come out in the next week.  It's about 60 pages long, and I poured my heart and soul into the book.

Let me take a moment and tell you about it.

I started with an idea to write a book several months ago and even began looking into the logistics of self publishing, but I was not sure what to write on.

Did I need to write about kidney diets or should I write about chronic kidney disease?

Just write a book for doctors to read, or write for my readers.  You can imagine that it's easy to keep asking questions and delaying the process so the process never quite gets done.  But - you know I finally started.  I have to say that starting is akin to a ball rolling downhill.  It can possess you and make you stay up late at night writing about chronic kidney disease...

Needless to say, I am done writing and I release to the world my first book.  I love it, and I hope that you will too.  I spent a lot of time researching studies and information that doctors read for the latest and greatest information.  I had over 34 studies, and I read through them all.  Then I started categorizing them, and they lent themselves to chapters.

This book is about chronic kidney disease, and it's written for you.  I took all the complicated information about what you should do from the moment you find out that you have kidney failure and told you where to start and what you should do.  I talk about what you might feel like and what the experience might be.  I wrote for the people that I know that email me every day and ask me what to do.  I priced it reasonably - right now it's under $! for the book on kindle, and if you don't have a kindle - buy the book - it's less than $6 right now.

I started with explaining the stages of kidney disease, and I go into how you can prevent further advancement of the disease through proper medication use and understanding your labs.  I want you to ask your doctor about things that you don't know about and I want you to slow the progression of kidney disease, because I know that you can.

So, please go and check out my new book.  Read it - it is meant for you.  And leave a review of the book, I would really appreciate it.
