This week I delve into the concept of creating habits that are stronger than goals. While we discussed goals last time, many of the concepts are actually good ways to change your habits. I talk in detail about how goals might be short lived, but a habit is a much more long term plan. I also talk about the time that I moved from saying “I can't” to “I choose not to” and how it changed my life! So I want it to change yours as well.
